Conventional & CNC Machine Operations

The CNC/Precision Machine Tool Technology program is designed to provide fast-track, high-skilled manufacturing training to those currently employed in the machining industry. Graduates from this course are equipped with the skills and knowledge to expand their roles as manual and CNC machine tool operators. The course covers safety, precision measurement, job planning, bench-work, materials, conventional machining, CNC milling and CNC turning. The course is 330-hours of theory and hands-on lab work in LCTI’s state of the art facility with over 44 conventional and CNC machines. Instructors have years of industry experience and will assist students in building their knowledge and confidence with machining skills necessary in this expanding industry. The curriculum is aligned with standards set forth by National Institute of Metalworking Skills (NIMS) and may be customized to meet employer’s specific needs.

***REFUND POLICY: If you must withdraw from a class, you can receive a full tuition refund, with the exception of the application fee and any credit card processing fees, if you inform the school 24 hours prior to the start of the first class.***

***CANCELLATION POLICY: Courses and workshops are subject to cancellation if the minimum enrollment is not attained. In such cases, the student will receive a full refund, and he/she will be notified by phone at least 24 hours prior to the start of class.***
